Technical Project Manager - Digital Technology
How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong blend of program leadership, business systems analysis, and financial acumen to drive complex, global technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a global environment, loves managing complexity, and excels at turning visionary ideas into scalable realities. You’ll help shape how millions of customers engage with our digital experience, optimize business and supply chain processes, and build data insights to accelerate decision-making.

Partner with product owners, development managers, regional stakeholders, and vendors to develop program goals and objectives, success metrics, and clear action plans and milestones, ensuring alignment across teams.
Develop program staffing plan to ensure successful and on-time delivery and collaborate on options for mitigating constraints.
Business Systems Analysis & Solution Architecture
Depending upon the project, the TPM will either work closely with a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or be responsible for gathering requirements and translating into clear functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to review and validate system designs, ensuring alignment with global standards, scalability, and performance needs.
Vendor & Partner Management
Manage vendor relationships across technical engagements, including SOW review, contract execution, and performance tracking.
Partner with IT Leaders, Legal, and Finance on contract review and compliance alignment.
Financial Management
Track and manage internal resources, external vendors, and overall program budgets, ensuring projects remain within scope and cost constraints.
Provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis to leadership.
Risk, Communication, and Change Management
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks – developing mitigation plans to keep program on track.
Develop and deliver clear, executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and strategic alignment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of global program management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
