Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows for SFDC integration to enhance sales automation.

• Work on Sydney, our AI Virtual Assistant, to optimize lead qualification processes.

• Implement AI-powered decision-making and automation within a secure, on-premises RHEL 9 VM environment.

• Leverage LangChain, Python, and PostgreSQL to build scalable AI applications.

• Integrate various AI models and frameworks into the SFDC ecosystem.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives and sales teams, to define AI-driven sales acceleration strategies.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data governance policies for AI and SFDC integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong experience in Python, LangChain, and PostgreSQL.

  • Hands-on experience with RHEL 9 Linux environments.

  • Knowledge of agentic AI workflows and AI-driven process automation.

  • Proficiency in working with Salesforce APIs (SFDC API) for seamless integration.

  • Experience with AI model selection, training, and deployment.
