We are looking for a Product Analyst, who will empower our analytics team.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Deliver insights and recommendations that drive product improvements and business growth

• Develop and maintain a robust product analytics framework that supports decision-making

• Collaborate with product managers to define metrics, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization

• Improve the analytics stage in the HADI development cycle

• Mine data for insights, test and validate hypotheses about customer behaviour, and work with the team to recommend updates to the product to improve outcomes for both customers and the business

• A/B experimentation process improvement

• Product hypothesis validation, forecasting, and calculation of hypothesis outcome to business metrics

• Own and support of analytics dashboard

• Work with personalization models and user behavior prediction

Your professional qualities:

• 2+ years of experience working with mobile products in a Product or Data analyst role

• Experience with B2C subscription model

• Experience with raw data - good SQL knowledge (Python will be a plus)

• Knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau, Amplitude

• Experience with a process of continuous A/B tests

Nice to have:

• Experience with user Life Cycle management

• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution

• Experience with freemium model
