  • Deliver statements of work with guidance from Technical Architects, including installing and configuring GitLab solutions in customer environments.
  • Develop and implement migration plans for customer version control systems and data.

  • Collaborate with GitLab Product and Engineering teams to support customer success and contribute improvements to GitLab features and processes.
  • Support Engagement Managers with quoting and scoping statements of work, and document improvements to Professional Services engagement processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Professional experience with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies, such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Professional experience with one or more cloud providers, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to build consensus with peers and provide clear status updates.
  • A solution-oriented, consultative approach and comfort managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a self-motivated, self-managing way within a fully remote organization.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
