We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced Strategy/MMO title, creating a team of talented and passionate game makers to join us on this exciting journey!
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a software engineer with a strong automation mindset to help improve how our engineering teams build, test, and deliver software.
This role sits at the intersection of automation, reliability, and developer experience. You’ll work on the systems and tooling that enable teams to ship changes safely and repeatedly, reducing manual effort and operational risk through software.
Design, and evolve automation as internal product, to support the software delivery lifecycle, from code commit through to production
Improve the reliability, consistency, and usability of CI/CD pipelines and supporting tooling
Identify manual, error-prone, or slow processes workflows and replace them with automation and a product-driven approach
Collaborate with application engineers, SREs, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery safety and operational resilience
Contribute to standards and reusable patterns for build, test, deployment, and rollback
Embed reliability, security, and quality checks into automated workflows where they add real value
Improve developer experience through better tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities
Use metrics and feedback to guide improvements to delivery performance and system reliability
What We’re Looking For
Background as a software engineer, SRE, DevOps engineer, or platform engineer with a strong focus on automation
Experience improving developer productivity or internal tooling
Experience operating systems across multiple environments (dev, test, prod)
Strong collaboration and communication skills when working across teams
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
Comfortable writing automation and tooling in a general-purpose language (e.g. Python, Go, or equivalent)
Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), even if not a deep specialist
Familiarity with containerized workloads and modern deployment practices (Kubernetes/EKS, ECS, or similar)
Bonus Points
Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering practices or operational ownership
Experience working with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) is a plus, not a requirement
Familiarity with delivery performance metrics (e.g. deployment frequency, lead time, failure rates)
Interest in software supply chain security or compliance automation
