This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and wants continuous learning and growth during their career.  Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. CORE TASKS

  • Implement, QA, and maintain tags, triggers, and pixels in Google Tag Manager (GTM) across client websites.

  • Audit and troubleshoot conversion tracking configurations across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads).

  • Validate conversion actions to ensure form fills, purchases, or other lead events are correctly recorded — not inflated by clicks or views.

  • Partner with Paid Search Specialists to align conversion actions and budgets with each client’s true business objectives.

  • Create and maintain a tracking QA checklist and intake form to guide new account setups and audits.

  • Perform ongoing health checks of all tracking infrastructure to proactively identify broken tags or discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with the Drive Social team to recommend scalable intake and QA processes (e.g., client onboarding forms, Salesforce automation).

  • Produce clear documentation for all tagging and data validation processes to ensure team-wide continuity

MUST-HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Tag Manager (tag creation, testing, triggers, and version control).

  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.

  • Hands-on experience validating data layers, debugging tags, and testing event triggers in browser consoles.

  • Strong ability to QA campaign tracking and identify discrepancies between actual and reported performance data.

  • Demonstrated experience creating or maintaining documentation (SOPs, QA templates, checklists).

  • Excellent communication skills to partner with account managers, strategists, and technical teams.

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems for marketing data management.

  • Understanding of enhanced conversions, consent mode, and privacy-related tagging.

  • Exposure to GA4 or other analytics platforms for event-based measurement.

  • Experience supporting agencies managing high-volume client portfolios.

  • Prior experience collaborating with web developers or marketing analysts on data validation and tag troubleshooting.
