GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support two fast-growing wellness brands.This role focuses on coordinating marketing campaigns, managing creative assets, and ensuring projects run smoothly. You’ll play a key part in keeping teams aligned, campaigns on track, and deliverables on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations across two brands, including campaign calendars, creative briefs, and project tracking.

  • Coordinate with marketing leads, designers, and operations to align campaigns with inventory and launch schedules.

  • Oversee the production of creative assets (static images and videos), ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Prepare weekly performance and project reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Support website updates, DTC ad campaigns, and new product rollouts.

  • Maintain organized workflows, clear communication, and alignment across multiple projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple concurrent campaigns.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Basecamp, Slack, or similar tools.

  • Able to work PST hours.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing, Amazon, or DTC operations.

  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or AI-assisted design platforms.

  • Previous experience managing promotional calendars, campaign reporting, or lifecycle email journeys.
