We're looking for someone to join the studio + give us the extra juice we need to polish another exciting, high profile console title. Our games: LEGO Party!, Moving Out 1 & 2, SP!NG, No Way Home, RISK, Death Squared and more Showreel

Role Requirements:

  • Creatively led VFX artist with a great sense of timing and bringing 'the Juice' to game and player interactions

  • Good experience with Unity Shaders or any node based shader editing tool

  • Familiarity with Unity and the Unity Shuriken Particle System

  • A team player able to work with animation, development and art teams to get performant, and visually fun results

  • A track record of VFX delivery across console or mobile platforms

  • Working knowledge of C# for VFX integration purposes

  • Good communication skills to also articulate to developers effects and parameters required to drive them

  • Understanding of CPU and GPU performance profiling

Experience Level This is always relative but we're looking for people with previous experience that can join an existing team. so mid+ applicants only please.

Where are we located? We're a WFH studio based in the East coast of Australia (Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane) and open to working with people anywhere in Australia. We also have people in Tasmania and South Australia.

Contract Type

  • Full-time contract for 24 months

  • Start mid 2026

  • ~37.5hrs a week

  • Remote but we do have office space in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane & Melbourne that can be used.

Perks & Benefits:

  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years (start with 4 weeks. This is fair work law in Australia but sometimes people dont realise). While this contract is 2 years there is a chance it will extend to a permanent position and this would kick in

  • Increased paid primary carer's leave from 12 weeks to 16 weeks

  • Superannuation is paid on any unpaid leave (up to 52 weeks)
