How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong blend of program leadership, business systems analysis, and financial acumen to drive complex, global technology initiatives.  You’ll lead cross-functional programs spanning the enterprise technology stack. These could include customer-facing ecommerce technology, back-end ERP and supply chain applications, data and analytics, and infrastructure initiatives across multiple regions and business entities.

As a TPM, you’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, operations, and business teams—ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum from strategy through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a global environment, loves managing complexity, and excels at turning visionary ideas into scalable realities. You’ll help shape how millions of customers engage with our digital experience, optimize business and supply chain processes, and build data insights to accelerate decision-making.

As a Technical Project Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects for various technologies used in our omni channel and manufacturing business.

  • Partner with product owners, development managers, regional stakeholders, and vendors to develop program goals and objectives, success metrics, and clear action plans and milestones, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Develop program staffing plan to ensure successful and on-time delivery and collaborate on options for mitigating constraints.

Business Systems Analysis & Solution Architecture

  • Depending upon the project, the TPM will either work closely with a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or be responsible for gathering requirements and translating into clear functional and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to review and validate system designs, ensuring alignment with global standards, scalability, and performance needs.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage vendor relationships across technical engagements, including SOW review, contract execution, and performance tracking.

  • Partner with IT Leaders, Legal, and Finance on contract review and compliance alignment.

Financial Management

  • Track and manage internal resources, external vendors, and overall program budgets, ensuring projects remain within scope and cost constraints.

  • Provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis to leadership.

Risk, Communication, and Change Management

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks – developing mitigation plans to keep program on track.

  • Develop and deliver clear, executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and strategic alignment.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global program management frameworks, tools, and best practices.

The Details:

  • Location: We are based in Seattle, WA. While we prefer local candidates, we are flexible on location

  • Hours: Typical business hours, flexibility required

  • Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time

  • Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required for team meetings or events, up to 5%

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management across a mix of customer-facing ecommerce technology, back-end ERP, supply chain applications, data and analytics, and infrastructure initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience managing technology programs across regions and business units.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of digital technologies and data-driven solutions (Shopify platform experience is a plus).

  • Strong track record in vendor management, including managing contracts, SOWs, and deliverables.

  • Experience with budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting in a multi-vendor delivery model.

  • Understanding of enterprise technology systems, such as Salesforce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Kustomer, NetSuite, Oracle Planning Cloud, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems and related infrastructure.

  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.

  • Business requirements gathering and validation.

What can help you really stand out:

  • PMP certification

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.

  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative global environment.
