What we are looking for
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Technical Account Manager. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and QA, to provide exceptional service and technical expertise. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, customer relationship management, and presales skills.
Understand clients' technical requirements and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
Serve as the primary contact for clients for consulting, training and support, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our products or services
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, to develop and execute strategic account plans and ensure timely resolution of client issues
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues, providing detailed analysis, and offering solutions to ensure their satisfaction and success
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients
Collaborate with the sales team on contract renewals and expansion opportunities, providing technical insights and recommendations
Basic Qualifications:
Vocational training in a technical field, e.g., Computer Engineering, System Integration or equivalent practical experience
First consulting experience for a software manufacturer, specialized in software integration
Knowledge of a least one scripting language (Python) and ability to create functional specifications
Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in English and Korean is mandatory
Fluency in a second language such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese or another regional language is preferred
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
Ability to create excellent technical documentation
Fluency in further European languages would be beneficial
