Summary

As part of the Identity team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, operating, and maintaining the API Gateway platform and the authentication and authorization services used by Pismo.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and implement new software solutions to improve the efficiency and performance of identity products (API Gateway, authentication, and authorization systems).

• Participate in all software development lifecycle steps, from concept to delivery and post-production support.

• Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements and translate them into viable software solutions.

• Share technical knowledge with the team and conduct code reviews.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development cycle.

• Help identify new opportunities for improvement in the product or process.

• Maintain high code quality and process efficiency through automation and implementation of best practices.

• Work collaboratively with other teams (such as SRE, UX Designers, and other development teams) to ensure that the solutions developed meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.

• Actively participate in the team's culture of continuous improvement, contributing ideas and suggestions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid experience with Java or Golang

• Experience in system optimization (performance improvement, scalability, and resilience)

• knowledge of authentication and authorization processes

• Knowledge of databases: SQL and NoSQL

• Experience with the development and management of microservices

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code

• Knowledge of Systems Design

• Knowledge of AWS

• Intermediate English Level - B1 (speaking).
