What are you going to do?

The role is for the enterprise architecture/tools team. The team has 2 mid level engineers, and one principal engineer on it currently. The principal engineer is spending a fair bit of his time guiding the others on the team, we would like to bring on a more experienced dev that can help guide the other engineers and take some of the technical oversight work off the plate of the principal to free up more time for other initiatives

What will help you succeed

• Some technical leadership

• Ability to breakdown tasks, some jira work potentially

• Code reviews/feedback

• Guiding some mid level level engineers on best practices/approach

• Thinking about architecture and impact of changes across multiple teams

• Strength in python preferred

• Experience building tools to enable other developers

• Shared libraries, apis, etc

• Shared terraform modules

• Shared testing fixtures etc

• Ability to work some overlap hours, ideally through ~1pm EST (or later if they are open to it!
