The Opportunity

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in building world-class talent pipelines across software development, technology operations, data science, AI, cybersecurity, and corporate services functions including legal, finance, and HR. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, drive an exceptional candidate experience, and directly shape how FICO attracts and hires exceptional talent across North America. What You’ll Contribute

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruitment for a requisition load spanning multiple business units and functions, delivering top talent in areas including product, technology, analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, and corporate operations.

  • Hiring Partnership: Partner with senior business and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and design targeted hiring strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.

  • Process & Compliance: Execute recruiting processes consistently and in alignment with FICO standards. Maintain accurate requisition data, particularly around budgeting and headcount tracking.

  • Technology Optimization: Leverage recruiting technologies, including Workday, LinkedIn, and other tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Vendor & External Partner Coordination: Collaborate with external recruiting partners and staffing vendors to supplement sourcing efforts and meet hiring goals.

  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Champion FICO's employer value proposition to attract a broadly diverse, high-caliber talent audience. Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring journey, closely aligning job requirements with candidate profiles while avoiding prohibited biases.

  • Operational Excellence: Track recruiting metrics and contribute to best practices that monitor effectiveness and continuously improve performance.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, influencing talent decisions with market insights, competitive intelligence, and data.

What We’re Seeking

  • Technology Hiring Expertise: A proven track record of successfully hiring across domains such as software engineering, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, and corporate operations.

  • Senior-Level Recruiting Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume requisition loads independently while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Operational Rigor: Skilled in managing the full requisition lifecycle — from intake through offer — with attention to accurate data, budget alignment, and a structured offer process.

  • Strategic & Execution Balance: Ability to develop a sourcing and hiring strategy for each role and execute with speed and quality in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Process & Technology Orientation: Strong understanding of recruiting systems, processes, and data analytics. Hands-on experience with Workday or a similar HRMS is highly preferred.

  • Executive Presence: Confidence in engaging with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, providing market insights and influencing talent decisions.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect individual hiring outcomes to broader organizational priorities and business goals.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
