As a Senior Sales Engineer at Conga, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Sales team, helping customers envision how Conga’s solutions can transform their business. You’ll lead technical discovery, craft compelling demonstrations, and guide prospects through complex evaluations. You’ll also mentor junior SEs, contribute to product feedback loops, and help shape the future of Conga’s go-to-market strategy.

Here’s what we’re looking for...

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and customer champion who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re a confident communicator, a quick study, and a natural problem solver who can translate complex technology into clear business value.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role

  • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise applications (Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ, CLM), and APIs

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or similar

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities

  • A passion for helping customers succeed and a drive to continuously learn and improve

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and team events

Here’s what will give you an edge...

  • Experience with Conga products or similar platforms (e.g., document automation, contract lifecycle management, revenue operations)

  • Ability to map complex data structures and articulate their impact on business processes

  • Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier)

  • A process improvement mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities to scale and optimize

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:

$142,693—$185,500 USD
