Job Description
About the role: The Sr. Manager, Revenue Strategy & Recovery owns Lingraphica's full payor revenue engine, end to end - from maximizing every dollar through contract negotiation and payor strategy on the front end, to billing, collections, cash posting, and reconciliation on the back end. This role sets our minimum allowable contract pricing and drives ASP performance through negotiation, then ensures that value is fully realized once a claim is submitted through the point cash lands and is applied correctly. The role reports directly to the Director, Operations.
Responsibilities:
Payor Strategy & Contracting
Set and drive the strategy for payor access and expansion, prioritizing markets and payors that advance Lingraphica's growth plan.
Lead negotiation of payor contract terms and reimbursement rates, directly or through the Payor Strategy Manager, to strengthen Lingraphica's rate position.
Own payor policy tracking and payor analytics, translating payor trends and performance data into pricing, contracting, and access strategy.
Build and lead the Payor Strategy Manager, ensuring contracting has the staffing and analytical support to scale.
Revenue Cycle Operations – Billing and Collections
Oversee the Reimbursement Manager and billing/collections team to ensure timely, accurate claims submission and follow-up.
Own collections performance, aging, and denial-management workflows, identifying and resolving systemic issues at the root cause.
Partner with the Senior Manager, Payor Readiness to ensure a clean handoff from funding/authorization into billing.
Drives cash flow performance across the revenue cycle, including preparation and ongoing management of the cash forecast to support accurate financial planning.
Cash Posting & Reconciliation
Oversee the Cash Posting & Reconciliation Manager to ensure cash received is accurately posted and reconciled against contracted rates.
Establish reconciliation processes that flag underpayments or rate discrepancies against negotiated contract terms, closing the loop back to payor strategy.
Strategy & Analytics
Build and report on KPIs spanning payor access, contract rates, billing/collections performance, and cash reconciliation accuracy.
Bring a data-driven business case to payor negotiations and prioritization decisions.
General
Maintains current, expert-level knowledge of payor reimbursement terms, billing regulations, and collections compliance requirements
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
