  • Lead the team using operational best practices, agile methods, and collaboratively driving HR Technology policies, procedures, and initiatives.

  • Partner with People stakeholders to deliver new AI driven platforms while adhering to Twilio trust principles and government compliance laws

Qualifications

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Required:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology leadership roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and other Talent platforms.

  • Ability to lead a global, matrixed organization.

  • Experience establishing HR Tech processes and infrastructure in a high-growth organization, preferably in a high-tech industry.

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, standards development, HR metrics, and reporting, excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive/inductive reasoning, and analytical skills, coupled with significant business and financial acumen

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills with the ability to represent the People Team on cross functional projects and make recommendations to key executives.
