Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager

Predactiv is a data and technology company specializing in transforming data assets through a proprietary AI-driven platform. Predactiv collects and analyzes vast amounts of online data to help businesses understand consumer intent and optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in month end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids and accruals
Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
Work closely with HR on benefit & compensations
Take ownership of full cycle of subsidiary accounting
Participate in the annual financial audit & corp. tax filing. tax filing
Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast moving environment.
Accounting and Payroll experience required.
Excellent skills using NetSuite.
Familiar with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools.
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
High standard of work ethic
