🧠 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain core backend systems and APIs for our debt management platform

• Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and compliance teams to deliver features that are performant, secure, and compliant

• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate boilerplate code, improve documentation, and accelerate testing

• Develop and evolve data models in a document database environment (MongoDB)

• Contribute to our CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure, ensuring reliable, repeatable deployments

• Collaborate on system architecture and internal tooling to make the team more efficient

• Review and debug code with a focus on maintainability, performance, and security
