THE OPPORTUNITY

In today’s world of data-driven decision-making, reliable and well-tested software is essential. Our AI-powered ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) application simplifies data workflows, automates repetitive tasks, and accelerates insight discovery.

As a Software Developer in Test (SDET), you’ll strengthen your skills in both development and testing. You will help design and maintain automated tests, work with APIs, and contribute to the overall quality of our platform. This is a growth-focused role — you’ll receive guidance from senior engineers as you build a strong foundation in test automation and quality engineering.

THE TEAM

You’ll join a fully remote, cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product managers. We value curiosity, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving. As an SDET, you’ll receive mentorship and support to learn best practices, while also making meaningful contributions from day one.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Intermediate programming knowledge in one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python).

  • At least 4 years of experience working with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.

  • Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Test Automation & Development

  • Learn to design and implement automated tests for web applications and APIs.

  • Contribute to maintaining and expanding the automated test suite.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Quality Assurance Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers and QA engineers to understand feature requirements and testing needs.

  • Participate in test case reviews and incorporate feedback.

  • Support manual and exploratory testing when needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Research and experiment with new tools, techniques, and frameworks.

  • Suggest improvements to increase test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.

🟢 This role is open to candidates based in Mexico only 📄 Please submit your resume in English

Note

  • This role requires employees to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. While we are open to candidates from outside the EST time zone, please be prepared to adjust your working hours to align with this time zone. Flexibility will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

  • This position is fully remote. We embrace a results-driven work culture, focusing on performance and collaboration over location. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to build a work-life balance that suits you, while staying connected with a diverse, global team through virtual tools and regular online communication. Whether you're working from home or a co-working space we’re committed to supporting you with the resources and autonomy needed to succeed in a remote environment.

Benefits

  • Market Leading Compensation Package.

  • Wellness Programs to Support Health and Wellbeing.

  • Working with the latest tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

  • Remote Work Flexibility.

  • Comprehensive Employee Insurance Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance.

  • Annual Time Off: Time off is provided in accordance with applicable legislative requirements.

  • Dynamic Work Culture: Thrive in our innovative and multicultural environment.

  • Grow with Us: Continuous development opportunities.
