SMB Sales Manager
This is Sales at Lattice
Our Sales Managers are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of sales culture, talent development and overall revenue performance. You will work directly with our global sales leadership team and report to our Director of Sales. The team you lead will be responsible for prospecting for new business, managing inbound opportunities and expansion within our existing customer base.

What You Will Do
Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives
Onboard new AEs and mentor experienced team members
Drive performance through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and skills development focused on HRIS and Talent Management solutions
Plan and lead team meetings and training sessions to foster engagement and learning
Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture—ideally working in close proximity to our SF and NYC office hubs
What You Will Bring
2–3 years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven record of success
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience; sales experience in HR Tech (HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) is required
Familiarity selling into the 50 -500 employee segment
Experience with structured sales methodology (CoM, Sandler, etc.)
Experience launching or supporting new product go-to-market initiatives is preferred

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $118,500 - $148,200. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $79,000 or $98,800 of on target earnings (OTE) subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
