About the role

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting Welltech's global treasury operations. You'll own core treasury activities across banking, cash and liquidity management, KYC, treasury systems, and reporting, helping ensure our international finance operations run efficiently and securely.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond payment processing and build expertise across international treasury, banking relationships, liquidity management, and process improvement while collaborating with teams across Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Treasury Operations

• Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions.

• Lead bank account onboarding, maintenance, and banking documentation.

• Coordinate KYC and compliance requirements with financial institutions.

• Administer banking platforms, including user access, signatories, and security controls.

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management across the Group.

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.

• Partner with internal teams on cash planning and funding activities.

Treasury Reporting & FX

• Support FX transactions and monitor currency exposures.

• Assist with short-term investments in line with treasury policies.

• Prepare treasury reporting, including cash positions, liquidity, and forecasts for key stakeholders.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Treasury Management System.

• Maintain bank connectivity, user management, and data quality.

• Support treasury-related audits and strengthen internal controls.

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and increase automation.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Treasury or a related Finance function.

• Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting.

• Experience managing KYC processes and banking documentation.

• Understanding of payment processes, treasury controls, and ERP-driven finance operations.

• Strong analytical skills and experience preparing treasury reports.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an international or multi-entity business.

• Exposure to FX, short-term investments, or Treasury Management Systems.

• Experience improving treasury processes or driving automation.

• Familiarity with international banking operations.

• Ukrainian language is a plus.
