Job Description

We are inviting you to collaborate on building and scaling large‑scale technology programs with real business impact. In this role, you will connect initiatives, teams, and domains into cohesive programs that drive measurable outcomes.

Your impact

  • Drive complex, multi‑domain technology programs across teams and platforms

  • Connect multiple initiatives into a single coherent program with clear goals, metrics, and delivery sequencing.

  • Shape program management practices and delivery standards at an organizational level.

  • Support strategic decision‑making through structured analysis of risks, trade‑offs, and business cases.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue impact.

  • Enable faster and more predictable delivery at scale.

Scope of collaboration

  • Orchestrate cross‑functional work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate architectural decisions and proactively manage integration risks.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners.

  • Build mechanisms for delivery predictability, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Introduce automation and leverage AI to enhance program management processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology program management (6–8 years).

  • Track record of delivering complex, high‑impact programs.

  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.

  • A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution.

Key skills

  • Program and roadmap management.

  • Strong understanding of Agile / Lean / Kanban methodologies.

  • Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.

  • Experience working with cross‑functional and technical teams.

  • English B2+
