Our People Systems team is made up of architects who envision better processes, build them, reliably operate them, and then continually improve upon them. The People Systems Analyst is a key member of this team responsible for production support as well as developing systems solutions that support our People processes.
What You Will Do As A Senior Systems Analyst
Lead and Mentor: Guide and coach a team of Workday Analysts, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Delegate and Deliver: Assign tasks and projects effectively to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Workday configurations and customizations.
Analyze and Optimize: Conduct a thorough analysis of existing Workday processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
Implement and Upgrade: Participate in Workday implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
Document: Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain comprehensive Workday and team documentation.
Troubleshoot: Address complex Workday issues and provide timely resolutions to support end-users.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest Workday features and best practices, sharing your knowledge with the team.
Advise: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on Workday strategy and roadmap development.
What You Will Bring As A Senior Systems Analyst
Workday Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience.
EIB Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience building EIBs on Workday.
Data Analysis: 8+ years of progressively professional experience in data and systems analysis.
Integrations: Workday Studio experience and strong understanding of Workday integrations.
Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday Payroll, HCM, and Recruiting.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
Process Redesign: Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Presentation Skills: Experience communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization, including the C-Suite.
Adaptability: Evidence of achieving results within ambiguous environments.
Skilled Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting and communicating ideas to all levels of the organization
Proven experience working with US based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi
Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
