What You’ll Do
Self‑generate leads and build a high‑quality pipeline
Drive full‑cycle B2B consultative sales—from discovery to contract negotiation
Win new business and expand product footprint through upselling and cross‑selling
Present to senior decision‑makers (C‑suite, VPs, Directors)
Lead proposal creation, RFP responses, and business case delivery
Navigate complex financial, legal, and commercial negotiations for contract closure
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Work cross‑functionally with global teams to support client success
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of consultative B2B sales experience (or equivalent)
Strong background selling HR or risk‑management services
Established network of HR, compliance, and corporate decision‑makers
Proven success closing complex deals with long sales cycles
Experience breaking into new markets and driving product expansion
Skilled with CRM tools and pipeline analytics
Your Strengths
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
Clear, compelling communication—both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple high‑value opportunities with minimal supervision
Tech‑savvy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Asian language capabilities a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
