Lemon.io is seeking for Back-end Developer for our client.

Seniority level: Middle-to-Senior, Senior.

ALSO, we have a large number of different projects for Senior Full-Stack Developers, so if you have 4+ years of commercial experience in software development you are fluent with Python, Ruby on Rails, React,js, Node.js, React Native or Rust - we would be happy to communicate and provide you a project which matches with your experience. Just apply, and we will share with you more details.

Project description

Our client is building a modern end-to-end online sports betting and casino platform.

Due to a recent reorganisation, the client now is looking for 1+ developers to help us rewrite a Scala microservice in Go. The microservice is currently being used in production and is responsible for consuming information about sporting events from Betradar’s UOF feed and making them available for other microservice to consume.

The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience with Scala, Go, Kubernetes, GCP, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or Pulsar, and also should be familiar with event-driven, microservice architectures.

Dev team size: 10+

Estimated duration: 5-6 months. This project should be finalised by the end of the year.

Client’s time zone: GMT +2:00

If your experience matches our requirements, be ready for the next steps:

  • VideoAsk (about 10 minutes)
  • Completing your me.lemon profile
  • 30-minute Screening call with our Recruiters
  • Technical Interview with our Developers
  • Feedback
  • Magic Box (we are looking for the best project for you)

P.S. We work with developers from LATAM, Canada, the UK, and Europe, BUT we have some exceptions.

At the moment, we don’t have a legal basis to accept applicants from Monaco, Belarus, Russia, Serbia, Denmark, Norway, Luxemburg, Iceland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Belize, Cuba, Nicaragua, Saint Lucia, so we don’t work with applicants from these countries.

Please note that due to the overwhelming number of applications, only suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview.

We strongly ask you to send your CVs in ENGLISH. Application in English will be considered first. Good luck to everyone!
