We are currently looking for a Senior RevOps Analyst (AI-Native), an 'Architect of Truth' and a Strategic Partner for our revenue data. You are not just a CRM administrator who cleans data. You are a process engineer and an analyst who tells us where the money is coming from and where we are losing it.
Your mission has two layers:
Foundation (Hygiene): Take the keys to our HubSpot infrastructure, clean up legacy data using AI, and automate the routine so our data is trusted.
Intelligence (Insights): Proactively analyze our funnel to answer critical questions: 'Which segment has the highest LTV?', 'Why do we lose deals at the PoC stage?', 'Is our churn driven by product gaps or support issues?'
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
1. Strategic Analysis & Insights (The 'Brain')
Proactive Revenue Intelligence: Don't wait for questions. Come to us with answers. Analyze our win/loss reasons, churn patterns, and customer segments. Tell us: 'We are closing 2x faster in Gaming than in Fintech, let's double down there.'
Funnel Optimization: Monitor conversion rates at every stage (Traffic → Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won). Identify bottlenecks and anomalies.
Forecasting Accuracy: Help us move from 'gut feeling' forecasting to data-driven predictability using historical data and pipeline velocity.
2. Infrastructure & Hygiene (The 'Engine')
Advanced HubSpot Architecture: You are the master of our HubSpot instance (Enterprise tier). You design and maintain Custom Objects, complex Workflows, and Operations Hub programmable automation.
Data Hygiene & Migration: Clean up 'dirty data' (duplicates, outdated contacts) using AI tools and scripts. Remove this burden from the leadership team.
Integrations & Automation: Connect HubSpot with our ecosystem using n8n (preferred) or Zapier.
Critical integrations: Zendesk (Support), Odoo (Billing/ERP), and our internal Gcore Platform.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You breathe HubSpot. You know the difference between a Pro and Enterprise feature. You have architected complex data models using Custom Objects. You don't just 'use' HubSpot; you bend it to your will.
You have an Investigative Mindset. You don't just build the dashboard requested; you ask 'Why?' If you see a drop in conversion, you dig until you find the root cause—whether it's a broken process, a bad lead source, or a product issue.
You are AI-Native. You use Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude daily. You don't write SQL or Python scripts from scratch—you prompt LLMs to write them for you, allowing you to solve complex data problems in minutes.
You understand the Business of Cloud. You know that selling Infrastructure and SaaS isn't like e-commerce. You understand long B2B sales cycles, PAYG billing, PoCs, and multi-stakeholder deals.
You are a 'Plumber' of Revenue. You understand how data flows between systems (Platform, Billing, Support, CRM). You hate manual data entry and strive to automate it using webhooks and APIs.
What We Are Looking For:
HubSpot Architect Level: You have deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Enterprise. You can set up Custom Objects, programmable automation (Operations Hub), and cross-object reporting with your eyes closed.
Proven RevOps Experience: You have successfully managed revenue operations in a B2B SaaS / IaaS / Cloud Infrastructure company.\
Analytical Depth: You can explain LTV, CAC, NRR, ARR, Churn and how they interact. You can find correlations in data that others miss.
BI Mastery: Strong experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or HubSpot Custom Reports). You know how to visualize complex data simply.
Automation Skills: Experience with n8n (preferred) or Zapier. You understand Webhooks, JSON, and APIs.
AI Workflow: Experience using Cursor (or similar AI IDEs) to accelerate your work (Python/SQL/Regex).
Nice to Have
Experience integrating Odoo (billing/finance) with CRM systems.
Experience with Zendesk data flows.
Basic coding literacy (Python/JavaScript) for custom automation nodes.
