What you’ll be responsible for:

The Senior IT Systems Administrator is a key role responsible for maintaining and improving our core enterprise SaaS systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Kandji, Workspace ONE) and providing comprehensive end-user support for all remote workers worldwide. This includes managing our fully remote fleet of laptops, maintaining accurate IT asset inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for supporting our existing full Apple macOS environment, with a forward-looking goal to expand support to Windows in an enterprise setting. A critical part of this role involves providing 'white glove' support to our executive leadership team. We are looking for an energetic people-person who can interface enthusiastically with all levels of users within Circle.

What you'll work on:

  • Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure 

  • Lead the IT response in the areas of IT Incident, Response, and Problems for our user tickets

  • Provide L1/L2 support as part of the IT Support Team

  • Leverage our data/metrics to improve KPI’s to help drive compliance.

  • With the IT leadership, help drive functional areas of IT through process and technology

  • Collaborate with IT teammates and other stakeholders to mature our ITIL processes.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • 4+ years experience administering and supporting core enterprise SaaS and IT systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Kandji, Workspace ONE) in a fully remote environment.

  • 4+ years of supporting a fully remote, Apple macOS environment with a familiarity or desire to learn Windows in an enterprise setting.

  • Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system, e.g. Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar

  • Understand mobile device management (MDM) with experience in Kandji for corporate macOS devices, and WorkspaceOne for mobile phones (iPhone/Android).

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and operational ownership, with a desire to continuously learn, proactively identify gaps, and contribute feedback to improve IT processes and user experience.

  • Familiarity with working within ITIL framework

  • Operate in a Highly Secure, Regulated environment with an acute attention to detail.

  • Experience working with and providing remote white glove support to C-Level executives to resolve IT issues.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
