About This Role:

iRhythmisseekinga strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to supportassignedbusiness groups within our Global Business Operations organization.Across Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement,and Customer Care, our frontline teams keep the work moving - producing devices, supporting clinical review, managing materials, and keeping our operations running day in and day out.We show up with accountability, teamwork, and pride in doingwhat’sright for patients and providers.

In this role, you will partner closely withSenior Operationsleaders and HR leadership to shape and execute enterprisepeoplestrategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor,partnering withleaderstodrivetransformation,strengthen organizational effectiveness,leadworkforce,andtalentplanning, allwhilenavigatingchange,tooperateat scale. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

This is a remote position withapproximately 20–30% travel within the United States (primarilySanFrancisco, CA, Deerfield, IL andHouston, TX.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Serve as aconsultant andtrusted advisor to senior leaders acrossBusiness Operations, aligningpeoplestrategies with business priorities.

  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that enable business growth and scalability.

  • Providedata-driven insights to inform decision-making across talent, engagement, retention, and organizational health.

Transformation,Organizational Effectiveness,andChange

  • Lead andexecutelarge-scale change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts; oftendriven byinnovative AI and technology-drivensolutions.

  • Consultative, thought partnerto leadersin designingandrecommendingorganizationalmodels,influencingexternalbest practices on spans, layers,functionaland matrixoperatingmodels,tomaximizecross-functionalcollaboration andperformance.

  • Assess organizational health using workforce data, employee feedback, and business metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.

StrategicWorkforce & Talent Planning

  • Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups.

  • Lead andfacilitatetalent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring rigorous assessment and follow-through for critical and high-potential talent.

  • Coach leaders ontalentand development planning andleadership effectiveness.

  • Partner with leaders to design targeted development plans and build strong leadership pipelines.

  • Enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams by strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness.

  • Drive alignment toiRhythm’sculture and values during periods of growth and change.

Partnership with HR Centers of Excellence

  • Reinforce HR Operating model with business leaders ensuring thatHRCentersofExcellence(COE’s)arethedirectpoint of contact for resolution of HR Operations(ASKHR), Employee Relations,PerformanceManagement,Benefits,andTalent Acquisitionneeds. 

  • Collaborate withHR Centers of Excellence to deliver and reinforce enterprise programs.

  • Partner with Total Rewards to advise on compensation and incentive strategies aligned to market, business priorities, and internal equity.

  • Partner withTalent Acquisition to support critical hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategy.

  • PartnerwithEmployeeRelationsteamoncomplex employeeperformanceand conductissues, ensuring balanced,complaint, and business-aligned outcomes.

  • Partner with Employee Relationsand People & Culture teamtoidentifytrendsonperformance management, coaching, and corrective actiontodevelopleadership anddevelopmentprogramsfor peopleleaders.

  • Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate organizational and people-related risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegreerequired.

  • 8+ years of progressive HRBPexperience, includingprovensuccessin leadingchangeinitiatives, orgdesign,andstrategicworkforceand talent planning.

  • Experiencesupportinglarge-scaleclients(500+employees)upto VPlevel;inan HR organizationwith amatureCOEHROperatingmodelrequired.

  • Experience supportinghourlyCalifornia-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred.

  • Business Acumen:Demonstratedbusinessacumen; ability to translate1–3-yearbusinessplans into workforcestrategy.

  • Leadership&Impact-Operatesas astrategic, thoughtpartnerinitiatingideasanddevelopingrecommendationsthat willhavebroadimpact across the business.

  • Consulting& Influence:Proven ability to influenceDirector/VPleaders,pushback constructively,andoperateas a strategic advisor in complexenvironments.

  • Demonstrated ability tooperateboth strategically andhands-on.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate competingpriorities.

  • Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizationspreferred.

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

  • Intermediate to advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
