Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities in a dynamic, fast-paced software environment. This role requires strong analytical capability, sound business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders.

What you'll do:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by preparing schedules,consolidatinginputs, andvalidatingassumptions.

- Build andmaintainfinancial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.

-Assistin preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.

-Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs), analyze variances vs. budget/forecast, and highlight risks and opportunities.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis toidentifytrends affecting business performance.

Reporting & Analysis

- Support improvements in reporting efficiency byidentifyingopportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline workflows.

- Prepare varianceanalysiscommentary and financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

- Leverage planning and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Qlik) to enhance reporting quality and analytical depth.

-Maintainand update financial dashboards, standard reporting packages, and ad hoc analysis.

Cross-Functional Support

- Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to gather financial inputs,validateaccuracy, and ensure alignment across planning cycles.

-Provideactionable insights and recommendations based on analytical findings.

-Participatein key initiatives to enhance financial systems, improve planning accuracy, and support process improvements.

What you'll bring:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven businesses.

- Strongproficiencywith Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting tools; experience with Hyperion, Workday, and BI tools such as Qlik is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
