We are currently looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager. We are looking for a senior, entrepreneurial sales leader to develop and grow Gcore’s business across the LATAM region. This person will be responsible for building pipeline, closing strategic customers, developing partner relationships, and over time, establishing and scaling a local sales organization.
While the role starts as an individual contributor, it is not a lone-wolf position — the sales manager will work closely with established sales engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams across Europe and North America.
The company is experiencing rapid growth, nearly doubling revenue in 2025, with AI services being a major growth driver. Gcore’s platforms are regularly benchmarked in the same performance tier as hyperscalers such as Google and AWS, offering customers enterprise-grade performance with flexible, customer-focused service.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Own and grow revenue across the LATAM region for Gcore’s portfolio:
Cloud infrastructure (IaaS)
CDN & edge services
AI compute and inference platforms
Security and DDoS protection
Develop direct relationships with:
Enterprises
Digital-native companies
Media, gaming, and AI-driven businesses
- Leverage existing personal network and actively build new executive relationships - Identify, recruit, and manage local channel and technology partners - Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate closely with global:
Sales Engineering
Product Management
Marketing
- Represent Gcore at local industry events and partner activities - Build business case for future local hires and help scale the regional team
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
7+ years of B2B infrastructure sales experience in one or more of: Cloud services, CDN, Data center / hosting, AI platforms or GPU infrastructure, Cybersecurity services
Proven track record selling complex technical solutions to enterprise or high-growth digital companies
Existing network of relevant contacts in the LATAM market
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and buying processes
Experience working with System integrators MSPs and / or Cloud or Telecom partners
Comfortable operating independently while coordinating with global teams
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (English required for internal communication)
Nice to Have
Experience launching or scaling a new region for a global tech company
Previous success building partner-led pipelines
