Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability and high availability.

  • Implement and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our high-throughput Adtech applications, ensuring low-latency and peak performance.

  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, network latency, and resource utilization.

  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.

  • Implement best practices for automated testing, quality assurance, and rollback strategies.

  • Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Vector, Grafana, Clickhouse) to ensure real-time visibility into application and infrastructure health.

  • Analyze logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Mentor and assist junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Work towards shifting the organization to an SRE model by implementing Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budget tracking.

  • Foster a culture of reliability engineering and resilience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on Adtech or similar high-throughput applications.

  • Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Previous experience in transitioning to an SRE model is a plus.
