Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability and high availability.
Implement and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our high-throughput Adtech applications, ensuring low-latency and peak performance.
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, network latency, and resource utilization.
Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
Implement best practices for automated testing, quality assurance, and rollback strategies.
Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Vector, Grafana, Clickhouse) to ensure real-time visibility into application and infrastructure health.
Analyze logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Mentor and assist junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement.
Work towards shifting the organization to an SRE model by implementing Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budget tracking.
Foster a culture of reliability engineering and resilience.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on Adtech or similar high-throughput applications.
Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous experience in transitioning to an SRE model is a plus.
