About The Role
As a Data Scientist specializing in marketing, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our marketing strategies through sophisticated attribution and ROI models. Your role will involve analyzing vast datasets to refine content targeting, enhance the precision of marketing ROI forecasts, and build robust systems that automate and streamline marketing operations. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating solutions that tackle diverse marketing-related challenges, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping our marketing efforts.
A few important notes about this position:
This is a 9-month maternity cover contract.
You can work in a hybrid setup from our offices in Berlin or Paris, or fully remote within Germany, France or the UK. We can only hire candidates who are based in these countries and already have the legal right to work there.

What You Will Do
Review the performance of existing attribution and eROI systems to identify improvement opportunities
Develop ML-models to support marketing automation
Conduct exploratory data analyses to find actionable insights
Visualize and document your work
What You Need To Have
You have 4+ years of experience working with machine learning models
You have 2+ years of experience working with marketing-related challenges and data
You've worked with the Python ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, Tensorflow
You are fluent in SQL
You have good communication skills and communicate confidently in English
You’re a great fit to our team by bringing humour, passion and a drive for ownership
Great to Haves
You have good knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
You have experience working with AWS
You have experience working with DBT
