Senior Data Analyst - Live Games Portfolio
Scopely is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Live Games Portfolio team in the United States or Canada on a remote basis.

What You Will Do
This role will be embedded centrally within our Live Games Portfolio supporting multiple games.
Analyze large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of players to address strategic and operational business questions
Transform data into actionable insights that drive meaningful business decisions
Design and deliver engaging dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into game performance metrics and player behavior for key stakeholders
Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to measure feature performance, optimize player experiences, and guide data-informed decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure analytics is central to shaping the player experience
What We're Looking For
Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, adaptability, and the ability to innovate while working both independently and collaboratively
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in analysis, research, consulting, or a scientific role
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex results accessible across the organization
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with strong communication skills
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related). Advanced degrees are a plus
A passion for mobile games and curiosity about player behavior and industry trends
Bonus Points
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Experience in the gaming, tech industry or related digital entertainment sectors is a plus

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
