We make change happen. From anywhere.

Our flexible, remote-first way of working means that work can fit around your life, rather than your life fitting around work.

The Senior Data Analyst (RevOps) will play an integral role in establishing and maintaining the highest standard of accuracy and reliability for all data-related matters within Revenue Operations. You will be tasked with creating comprehensive descriptive and diagnostic reports, maintaining data hygiene, and providing valuable insights into our sales trends and performance. Additionally, you will lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analyses and reports. These will serve as crucial tools in future decision-making processes, helping to drive our sales strategies and initiatives.

This role requires a professional with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with Business Development, Sales Development and Data teams to develop metrics and insights that drive the business

  • Develop sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends

  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into sales performance and help management make informed decisions

  • Monitor and identify areas for improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and sales velocity

  • Architect models, reports, and dashboards that the sales team and management will use in the daily course of business

  • Professionally package critical business metrics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

  • Manage the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting to maximize revenue potential

  • Analyze and identify gaps in data hygiene

  • Evaluate and improve sales processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity by identifying bottlenecks, proposing workflow improvements, and implementing automation solutions

  • Work in partnership with Senior Leadership on special projects that support sales and broader initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Highly proficient in Python, Excel, and other BI analytical tools

  • Established experience of business analytics, CRM reporting,  writing and revising reports

  • Firm understanding of the structure and operations of relational databases and the ability to aggregate data through Excel

  • Ability to independently make decisions and deliver work quickly

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Strong strategy, planning, and organizational skills

  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively across functional teams

  • Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
