About The Role: As a Senior CRM Lead, you will play a pivotal role in taking full ownership of the Aspire Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. You will be a strategic leader who oversees, optimizes, and manages the CRM platform and team, ensuring it effectively supports our sales, marketing, and customer service operations. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in significantly impacting Aspire’s business growth, efficiency and customer experience through a robust and well-utilized CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction for the CRM system: Align the platform with overall business objectives and user needs, considering both current and future requirements.
Be the Technical Expert: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex CRM solutions and integrations.
Manage the complete CRM lifecycle as a project manager: Oversee system configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, and ongoing maintenance, utilizing project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Champion user adoption: Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies to ensure widespread utilization and optimize user experience within the CRM system.
Lead a data-driven approach: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and generate actionable insights for various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Drive performance measurement: Develop and implement reporting and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of the CRM system, providing valuable insights for optimizing user workflows and business processes.
Manage a team of CRM users: Foster a collaborative environment, provide ongoing training and support, and empower your team to leverage the CRM effectively.
Maintain system health: Partner with the IT department to ensure system security, data integrity, and optimal system performance.
Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and evaluate emerging CRM technologies, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and staying current with industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in CRM system administration and management.
Experience Leading CRM in a Startup to mid-sized firm (500-1000 employees)
Proven experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and their underlying architectures.
In-depth knowledge of CRM functionalities, configurations, and customization options.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and empower a team of CRM users.
Excellent workstream management skills to ensure efficient and effective execution of various CRM initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in CRM.
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations.
In-depth understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and scripting languages.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with API integrations, web services, and microservices architectures.
Knowledge of Hubspot API and experience building UI extensions
Experience with change management methodologies.
