An overview of this role

We're looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to help drive our compensation strategy and build a high-performance culture. In this role, you'll align our compensation programs with company goals while ensuring an exceptional experience for our team members across all levels of the organization.

What You’ll Do  

  • Partner across the organization to educate leaders and employees on compensation philosophy, programs, and processes

  • Provide strategic compensation guidance through data analysis, market benchmarking, and actionable compensation recommendations

  • Own and execute key compensation initiatives including merit and promotion cycles and equity programs

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on compensation matters, demonstrating deep expertise and sound judgment by providing recommendations on new hires, promotions and lateral transfers

  • Maintain and evolve our job architecture to support organizational needs and ensure internal equity across a global workforce

  • Analyze compensation data and trends to identify opportunities for program improvements and policy updates

  • Ensure global compliance with compensation regulations across 60+ countries

What You’ll Bring 

  • 10+ years of compensation experience with a focus on global programs, preferably in high-growth technology companies

  • Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders and HR teams to solve complex compensation challenges

  • Experience in public company environments, including scaling compensation programs through rapid growth phases

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences along with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Alignment with our company values and commitment to operating with integrity

  • Helpful to have: Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite environment

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.
