  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution - Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to translate complex business workflows into scalable automation. Anticipate future needs and ensure systems are built for change, not just completion.

  • Technical Stewardship and Mentorship - Elevate the technical bar by mentoring teammates through design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative programming sessions. Shape best practices and foster a culture of thoughtful, deliberate engineering.

  • AI and Automation Leadership - Leverage AI Code Generation tools to accelerate delivery while enforcing standards of clarity, reliability, and test coverage. Apply LLMs and automation thoughtfully, using them where they create strategic value.

  • Influence Beyond Code - Demonstrate ownership of the team’s mission by identifying high-impact opportunities, advocating for bold solutions, and ensuring alignment with Gametime’s strategic priorities.

  • Cultural and Organizational Impact - Contribute to building an inclusive, growth-oriented culture. Take initiative in defining how the team learns, collaborates, and scales its impact.
