What are you going to do?

Our client is on a mission to help provide clarity for consumers and SMBs so they can make financial decisions with confidence. We work hard to cultivate an award-winning culture in which our Nerds can realize this mission, and we pride ourselves on the programs we’ve created to positively impact the lives of our consumers, our Nerds, and our wider world.

Build, configure and triage findings from security tools. Review code with web application security vulnerabilties in mind. Occasional On-Call First Responder status to address urgent security issues that occur outside of regular business hours. On-Call First Responder shifts are 24/7 for one week. Frequency of on-call status dependent on team size.

What will help you succeed

  • Experience writing and reviewing code in the following tools and languages - Python, Ruby (MUST Have), Javascript

  • Experience with configuring and operating the following security tooling - web application scanners (e.g. OWASP ZAP, Acunetix, etc.)

  • Experience triaging findings from SCA and SAST

  • Experience working with code in web applications

  • Communication - excellent English fluency. Must be able to communicate to technical audiences.
