SAS Architect / Specialist / Engineer

As a SAS Engineer, you are a highly analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering robust, scalable, and secure data solutions for our clients. We are looking for motivated specialists with deep expertise in SAS platforms and an interest in modern data and cloud technologies. Successful candidates should have an enthusiastic and confident personality, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and ensuring the stability and performance of their SAS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Install and administer SAS platforms.
Apply hotfixes, patches, and perform ongoing platform maintenance.
Execute upgrade and migration processes across SAS environments.
Install, enable, and configure SAS connectors and solutions.
Install and manage SAS licenses.
Review and analyze platform logs to identify and resolve errors in collaboration with functional consultants.
Provide support on architecture and infrastructure topics (connectivity, firewalls, servers, etc.).
Open and follow up on tickets with SAS Support for incident resolution.
Perform periodic reviews of logs and general platform health to proactively prevent issues.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced experience in SAS Platform Administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (configuration, scripting, automation).
Advanced understanding of networking and server architecture.
Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
Experience applying hotfixes, patches, and security configurations.
Knowledge of server typologies and configuration (on-premise or cloud).
