TTEC Digital is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Consulting and Analytics Practice.  As a Sales Operations Analyst working remotely during US hours, your primary responsibility is to make sure all available data is accurate and used to manage the business.   In addition to ensuring accurate data collection and reporting, we are looking for a partner in the business that can help drive efficiency and make strategic recommendations to leadership.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensuring all time entries are accurate and up to date.

  • Ensuring that all forecasting of backlog effort is accurate and constantly updated.   Forecast to actuals variance <2%

  • Run forecasting calls and update data as appropriate.

  • Develop a process for tracking project-specific economics and helping project managers deliver at the forecasted margin.

  • Develop pricing methodology and help advance pricing best practices for services.

  • Manage records in CRM and ensure proper CRM hygiene.  

  • Run Pipeline calls and update data appropriately.

  • Determine variances in all metrics and recommend strategies to remedy and improve long-term.

  • Manage contracts and NDA process as appropriate.

  • Manage sales mechanics and reporting as appropriate.

  • Stay on top of the A/R process and make sure both visibility and action is taken.

What You Bring to The Role:

  • College Degree, ideally in a field appropriate for the role.

  • Strong analytic skills and exceptionally strong Excel skills.

  • Strong, clear English language skills, both written and spoken

  • Experience operating in an environment with deadlines but also little direction

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and able to get those who don’t report to you to deliver input needed to do your role.

  • Able to work in CRM and ERP systems

  • Be curious and creative and a collaborator.

What You Can Expect:

  • The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is 16,459,000 CRC to 26,500,000 CRC. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, or skill levels.

  • This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
