Sales Executive -– Webex Collaboration (Contact Center and Calling)

 

TTEC Digital LLC, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Webex Sales team. This is a remote role based in the United States reporting to the group Sales Leader.

One of TTEC Digital's key technology partners in the CX space is Cisco. We combine Cisco's comprehensive, customizable, highly secure cloud contact center capabilities with our own operational dexterity and strategic experience to build a custom solution that meets the unique needs of even the largest and most complex businesses — especially those already using other Cisco contact center products today, including UCCE, Webex Contact Center, Webex Contact Center Enterprise, and Webex Connect.

 

You will be front and center in terms of helping our clients understand the impact that implementing the Webex contact center suite of services can have on their customer’s experience. The Cisco Webex team has deep specialization in contact center, CRM and customer experience solutions, the successful candidate will have a similar background.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

·       Seek and acquire new TTEC Digital clients for the growing Webex contact center solution portfolio

·       Build and leverage relationships with the Cisco Webex sales specialists

·       Build and leverage relationships with complimentary channel partners across Workforce Management, AI, and Analytics

·       Partner with TTEC Enterprise Sales Executive in region to develop the territory and pipeline

·       Manage and execute a high-quality pipeline and growth across multiple channels

·       Managing multiple sales opportunities from inception to deal close, responsible for deal qualification, deal strategy, and customer relationships, ultimately being the executive ensuring we are maximizing growth

·       Maintains an accurate forecast with our CRM

·       Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, customer experience challenges, and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies

·       Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual pipeline and sales quotas

 

 

What you’ll bring:

 

·       4+ years direct sales experience selling CX SaaS and or Professional Services in a Contact Center solutions environment

·       Experience selling into mid-market / commercial clients

·       Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets

·       Ability to develop long-term relationships and partnerships with business leaders and decision makers

·       Highly self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude

·       Proven ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, fast growing, environment

·       Highly versatile and motivated

 

What you can expect:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $110,000 - $150,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
