Your ability to troubleshoot complex deployments, optimize performance, and resolve product issues will be critical to driving customer success.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Lead impactful customer technical projects, including building reference architectures, how-to guides, demo applications, and delivering production-grade MVPs

  • Provide technical leadership and consultation to support customers in post-sales, guiding them through architecture, design, and implementation of Acceldata solutions to ensure successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption

  • Guide customers through the implementation of transformational data projects, including third-party migrations, installation, and deployment of Acceldata solutions across various environments

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, Project Managers, Architects, and customers to ensure successful delivery of technical components and resolution of product and support issues

  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering on product gaps and implementation improvements to drive long-term customer success

  • Travel to customer sites, working closely with client technology teams to deliver significant business impact

What makes you the right fit for this position?

  • 10+ years of related experience in customer-facing pre-sales, post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles, with a focus on Cloud Native and Data Lakes. Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of designing and implementing Kubernetes-based solutions, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance, security, and deployments.

  • Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their Kubernetes offerings, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Strong background in big data technologies such as Hive, Kafka, Airflow, Databricks, and Snowflake.

  • Proficient in Python or Java, with experience in coding, documenting solutions, and using white-boarding techniques.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)) are a plus.

  • Strong Data Engineering and Data Quality expertise, including Spark.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working directly with clients, including conflict resolution and managing expectations.
