The Opportunity
We’re expanding our sales network and looking for self-motivated people who know how to connect, listen, and close. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role with full flexibility – perfect for those who want to earn on their own terms.

Professionals already in sales or consulting who want to add a strong secondary income stream from an additional easy-to-recommend service

Well-connected individuals (consultants, recruiters, coaches, VA agency owners, etc.) who regularly speak with U.S. business owners

Ambitious salespeople eager to build a meaningful, performance-driven income with no ceiling
Each new client you bring earns you $3,000+, and we’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed – CRM access, dialer tools, scripts, and ongoing training and support.
If you’re more focused on outreach or appointment-setting, we also welcome Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who prefer to book qualified calls rather than close deals directly. In that case, you’ll set up intro calls and hand them off to our internal sales team. Commissions per confirmed call are generous and negotiable.
What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to potential U.S. business owners who could benefit from offshore hiring

Conduct discovery calls to understand their needs and explain how Integrated Hire helps cut costs while improving team quality

Follow up with interested leads and close new clients (we handle contracts, onboarding, and fulfillment)

Use our systems for tracking leads, calls, and follow-ups – we’ll provide CRM and dialer access

Collaborate with our founders and recruitment team to ensure a smooth handoff once the client signs
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
-
Prior experience working with or selling to clients in the U.S. or Canada

Excellent spoken and written English

Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners

Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with outreach and follow-through
Nice-to-Have

B2B sales or account management experience

Understanding of outsourcing, staffing, or virtual assistant services

An existing network among small and mid-sized businesses – in any industry
