The Difference You Will Make:

We are looking for a highly technical and data-driven leader to join our Recruiting Operations team.  The Recruiting Operations Solutions Manager will own Recruiting’s analytics and dashboard functions, oversight of technology-related business process and data and our technology roadmap and partner heavily with Recruiting leadership as well as partner with a number of functions in the larger EX organization. This role will require managing multiple work streams simultaneously, a deep understanding of data warehouse infrastructure, a strong grasp of the business of Redruiting and relevant technologies and a sophisticated customer and product management sensibility.  Experience building innovative solutions in the analytics and reporting space within Recruiting is a must-have.

A Typical Day:

  • Work closely with clients (i.e. Recruiting stakeholders) to understand their business goals, present technical solutions, and adjust strategies based on feedback.

  • Design and execute the roadmap for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Recruiting technology, tools, and reporting 

  • Liaise with EX and the People Analytics functions as the single point of contact representing Recruiting’s priorities

  • Establish standards and best practices for how to leverage technology to support processes, and continuously explore new tools and technologies that can enhance the way we work.

  • Implement and maintain standards for data governance and data management, and create accountability mechanisms to ensure quality and usability of recruiting data to drive decision making

  • Design and define requirements for integrations to ensure seamless communication between systems

  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to understand data requirements, and design and implement the appropriate data pipelines and models

  • Analyze current systems to identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements or new solutions to meet evolving needs

  • Manage system administration and support for the Recruiting tech stack

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of combined experience working in recruiting and recruiting management across a diversity of contexts such as Technology, G&A, Executive Search, In-house, and Agency recruiting

  • 6+ years of industry experience, managing, designing and delivering world-class data and technology solutions in the HR and Talent domain

  • Strong understanding of the Talent data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practice

  • Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-related data

  • Ability to present to, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in varying functions, including Finance, People Partners, People Analytics and Systems, while managing expectations appropriately

  • Experience in at multiple companies building reporting, data infrastructure, and technology suites to support talent acquisition

  • Has developed function-level technology roadmaps

  • Experience working with third-party systems and vendors within an HR or Recruiting context, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse, Gem, and Brighthire

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with multiple data analysis and visualization tools, including AI-powered analytics platforms and SQL databases

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL design, and system integration

  • Experience leveraging advanced SQL and Python skills in a business environment

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
