What We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented R2R Team Leader to perform and coordinate accounting duties for Record-to-Report stream within the Welltech Group Accounting team. The responsibilities include also preparing financial reports, performing accounts reconciliations, maintaining general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, performing other accounting duties as assigned.

To be successful in the role, you should have a solid working knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS). An outstanding candidate should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Record-to-Report team, overseeing and enhancing team performance, guiding on best practices

• Preparing financial statements, financial analyses and reports for Group entities 

• Accounts maintaining and reconciling

• Assisting with annual audit preparations

• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

• Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve issues 

• Proactively driving standardization and continuous improvement of processes 

• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

Required skills

• Higher education in accounting – nice to have

• International companies experience – a must

• ACCA qualification – strong benefit

• 4+ years of accounting experience

• People management experience

• English knowledge – advanced level

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and stress management skills

• Ability to work with little supervision in dynamic environment

• Knowledge of Workday system – strong benefit

• Experience in IT industry – nice to have
