The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement in the QA discipline. You will play a key role in ensuring software reliability across functional, regression, and performance dimensions, while adopting modern AI-based testing practices to accelerate our release cycles.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-augmented test automation frameworks using the latest tools and techniques.
Conduct manual functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure end-to-end system validation.
Utilize AI-driven testing platforms for test generation, defect prediction, and intelligent regression analysis.
Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend services.
Define, plan, and execute various QA cycles such as smoke testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to integrate QA automation within CI/CD pipelines.
Continuously improve test coverage, test efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
Document test cases, track defects, and ensure timely resolution through effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with emerging AI and automation technologies to continuously evolve QA strategy and toolsets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of professional experience in QA and test automation.
Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and QA lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
Familiarity with AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Browser-Use or LLM-based test generation tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI).
Strong understanding of smoke, regression, sanity, performance, and UAT best practices.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Newman) and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Good understanding of test design techniques and defect management systems (JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to changing priorities or environments.
