Responsibilities:
Automation Strategy Development: Work with Crowd and Delivery organizations to craft a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with our business objectives, identifies cost optimization opportunities, and incorporates current market trends.
Identify Processes for Automation: Analyse the Crowd and Delivery organizations' workflows to pinpoint areas that can benefit from automation, aiming to boost efficiency and enhance the contributor experience.
Automation Solution Design: Lead the design and development of automation solutions that streamline operations, minimize manual tasks, and elevate the accuracy and speed of project delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams across the organization to comprehend their workflows and challenges, ensuring that automation initiatives are tailored to meet the varied needs of the business.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions, soliciting feedback from users, and making adjustments to optimize effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and provide ongoing support to teams transitioning to automated processes, guaranteeing smooth adoption and maximization of new tools and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on automation or process improvement. Significant experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or JavaScript, with the ability to leverage these skills in developing or integrating automation solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support team members in new systems and processes.
Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions that have led to significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness..
