Program / Transformation Manager
InvGate is a fast-growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries across industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Program / Transformation Manager to help drive cross-functional initiatives that improve how teams plan, coordinate, and execute work across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and other operational teams, helping structure complex initiatives, improve coordination models, and introduce better visibility and metrics to support decision-making. The focus of the role is not on managing individual teams, but on designing and improving the systems, processes, and practices that enable teams to work more effectively together.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple areas to ensure strategic initiatives move forward with greater alignment, predictability, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives
Lead initiatives that involve multiple teams across Product, Engineering, UX, Data & Cloud, Support, Infrastructure, and other areas.
Define and drive structured work plans including milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
Coordinate stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives to ensure alignment and progress.
Track initiatives and ensure clear visibility of status, risks, and outcomes across teams.
Improve processes and operating models
Analyze and document existing workflows and coordination models (AS IS) and propose improved ways of working (TO BE).
Define and help standardize practices related to:
planning and prioritization
dependency management
cross-team coordination
initiative tracking
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate operational workflows.
Support teams in adopting improved ways of working without taking ownership of their day-to-day operations.
Build metrics and decision-support tools
Partner with teams to define meaningful metrics and indicators for initiative tracking, operational performance, and outcomes.
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable better visibility and reduce manual reporting.
Ensure metrics and visualizations are clear, actionable, and adapted to different audiences.
Promote consistent data-driven decision making across initiatives.
Enable visibility and continuous improvement
Surface progress, blockers, deviations, and risks across initiatives.
Identify patterns of friction or inefficiencies between teams and workflows.
Propose improvements based on insights and operational learnings.
Document agreements, working practices, and coordination guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, PMO, Operations Manager, or Transformation Manager.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working closely with both technical and business teams.
Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse audiences.
Experience working in software or technology companies.
Familiarity with project or ticket management tools such as OpenProject, Redmine, or similar.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana, Looker, or similar.
