What You'll Do

  • Support the product backlog, helping prioritize features based on business value, technical dependencies, and client impact.

  • Help identify gaps, exceptions, and edge cases in the product's workflows.

  • Preferred/strong plus: experience with online/digital banking platforms or core banking systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Credit Unions or community financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with Node.js-based backend architectures (not as a developer, but enough to collaborate effectively).
  • Experience with configuration management tools or feature flag systems.
  • Exposure to card processing networks and transaction file formats.

What You'll Find Here

  • A product in active, high-impact development — your decisions matter from day one.
  • A cross-functional team distributed between Colombia and the U.S.
