We are looking for a highly motivated Product Operations Manager to work closely with our Engineering, Program Management, and Customer Success teams ensuring our products are meeting the needs of our customers and future prospects. The Product Operations Manager will be collaborating with these teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage healthy, pragmatic feature backlogs 

  • Distill and organize prospect and customer feedback into knowledge repository to empower Product Management

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Customer Success on release process execution

  • Monitor and report feature maturity standards

  • Uphold standards and practices for handshakes between Product and Engineering 

 

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or technical program management where you worked closely with product, engineering, and/or operations teams

  • Proven experience in collaboration and ability to secure alignment, ensure product plans are on track and all teams are working towards common goal of excellence

  • Experience leading programs and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects

  • Sound understanding of project management and software development best practices

  • Examples of strong attention to detail and ability to design and communicate process steps

  • Working with a remote, distributed organization

 

US Compensation - The salary range for this role is between $175,000.00 to $220,000.00. We have a global market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the exact base pay will vary based on factors such as actual work location, skills and experience of the candidate. This position is also eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards.
